4. Have disinfecting wipes handy especially when you are out shopping. Wipe the handlebar of your grocery cart before and after using them to avoid the spread of bacteria.

5. Avoid being always in a crowd and near people who are sick. If you happen to come in contact with person who is not feeling well make sure that you wash your hands properly.
