About Me

I am a Western medical student with a strong interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I am fascinated by the holistic approach of TCM and its emphasis on balancing the body, mind, and spirit to achieve optimal health.

My curiosity about TCM began during my medical studies, where I learned about the unique theories and practices that have been used in China for thousands of years. I was intrigued by the concept of Qi, or vital energy, and how it flows throughout the body, affecting one's health and well-being.

To deepen my understanding of TCM, I have pursued elective courses and workshops in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and tuina (Chinese medical massage). These experiences have given me hands-on skills in diagnosing and treating patients using TCM principles.

I have also had the opportunity to work with TCM practitioners in clinical settings, observing how they integrate TCM into their patient care. This has allowed me to witness the effectiveness of TCM in treating a wide range of health conditions, from chronic pain to stress and insomnia.

My passion for Western medicine and my fascination with TCM have given me a unique perspective on healthcare. I believe that integrating both systems can offer patients a comprehensive and holistic approach to their health. In the future, I hope to combine my knowledge and skills in Western medicine and TCM to provide the best possible care for my patients.
